Hi, I’m Mary.

I want to offer you a different type of OCD treatment—one that takes into account your unique goals, needs, and desires for therapy. This is a place where you will be heard with compassion, honored for your individual experiences, and treated with dignity.

I believe therapy is a collaboration, where we work together as a team to help you get unstuck. You are the expert in your own life, and I have expertise in how to integrate evidence based approaches in a way that is tailored to help you. 

My training in a variety of OCD treatment methods means that we don’t have to resort to just one way of doing things. You can learn about your options, we can make a decision about the best fit for you, and then make adjustments as we go.

To overcome fears and compulsions in your own home, the place where you face your fears and compulsions.

Allows for convenience and comfort, lessening barriers of time and transportation when meeting in an office.

IN-PERSON THERAPY

Feel supported during difficult exposures with a therapist present at first.

We can walk or get outside during sessions, as my office is adjacent to a park and a trail.

For those who prefer meeting face to face in compliance with pandemic precautions. If you want to talk in person, I will try to make it happen.
